Definitely run 1-1/2oz per gal.if you have the govenor unhooked and run it hard.For normal golf-type use 128:1(1oz/gal.)is fine. 50:1 is for break-in only. Look in the "Stickies" section under Ez-Go Gas.there are manuals and info availiable there.The manuals won't give any "performance" info such as different mix-ratios.They are strickly parts/maintainence.There is plenty of info on this site to increase power on the 2pg motors.Hope this helps.

I have a 1984 ez go marathon 2pg engine. Can someone get me a picture of how the muffler mounts in the engine compartment. We tried a other then ez go muffler but it did not make it quit enough. So going to get ez go oem but need to see how it mounts when I bought didn't have quite muffler on it either.
