I've been searching for a diagram/ picture that shows where the adjustment screws are and what each one is.

Thanks in advance

There is only one adjustment on the robins engine. It's on top of the carburetor toward the rear of the carb... It only adjusts low speed idle.

Is it the one with a black plastic cover? It only moves about half a turn, stop to stop?

are you talking 2 cycle or 4? on the 2 cycle there is only one ,usually set at 11/2 turns out initially. as stated, this is the idle circuit. not sure about the 4 cycle models tho. what engine do you have, will try to find a diagram.

Here is a picture of my carb.

I circled the black screw that only goes from one side to the other.

Rib: Thanks. Do you that in an email? I can't hardly make out the numbers.

What about that plastic adjustment I circled? Which way does what?

My TXT has a "stumble" from stop that is driving me ape ****!!! It's like it starts to fire, then stutters, then off she goes.

It sounds like you might need to clean the carb.... Just pull it down and clean it good. The stops on the adjustment just keeps you within the factory specs.. You might have to trim the tab off to remove the screw for cleaning.. This will also will allow some slack on adjustment.

Yeah, when I get it back home I'm gonna remove the carb and let it soak in some carb cleaner for a day and clean best I can.
