1984 ezgo gas cart need help
i just bought this cart. when i bought it u had to tap on the solenoid to get it to move. i drove it into my garage and tried to shut it off. i turned the key off and the motor just kept turning over. while the key was off i hit the gas and it bogged way down, i turned the key back on and it took off. what are your suggestions? i under stand that i will need a new solenoid but would that make it act like that?

Welcome to BGW Adam
 The solenoid may be is fusing together or are the pedal mirco switch is sticking. Be sure to get a CART solenoid continuous duty and NOT an automotive are car solenoid this may be the problem if someone has replaced it in the past. Good luck check back.LOU |
