If you do some looking around , you will find a tray made of aluminum, I have also seen one made of fiberglass!

I replaced mine a month or so ago and got it from shopezgo.com for about 100, if you look on their site they sometimes have a 20% 0ff code thats what I did, and its a OEM part.
I ended up cutting the frame out, then took out the bolts I could, and the ones i couldnt I used a grinder. The worst ones for me were the large top bolts under the body. Good Luch |

Thanks everyone! I want the replacement tray that I can swap out without removing the body. Not ready to remove that body yet... Don't want to go that far.

Darn! Went to ebay to get one of those ez-bolt in battery trays and I can't find one listed. Anyone know where I can get one?

I just looked in ebay for ezgo battery rack, there are a few there, and it really is not that bad a job to change out.
