Default Battery breaking clarification

I think I understand the process, not too tough to grasp but have a question. Is the charge or the discharge cycle more important? I don't think I am going to be able to get to 75% charge every run so should I plug in and fully charge after every day I use it or wait until I get it down to the 75% before plugging in. It just may take 1 run but may take a week to run it down that much. I understand the let it fully charge before running again.

Thanks

I am sure the battery master, Johnnie B will be here soon, but here is what my old golf cart mechanic told me - (before I started working on them nyself):

3 things to remember, 1 - when your cart is not being driven, it should be on the charger. 2 - each month, check the water in the batteries, and 3 - use only distilled water in the batteries when you fill it.

Sleepy, its simple. The 75% rule the guys told you about earlier was the level they didn't want you to go below for for a while to properly break in your new batteries. If you drive it---charge it! Every time. It doesn't matter if you only use 10% (90% SOC). Plug the charger in when you park it.
