Hello, new to the site. Researched many and decided the responders to technical questionshere, seemed to have the most knowledge. I picked up a ez go cart. I know nothing about it. The ID tag has the following numbers, 81B8 and 219814. Can anyone tell me the year, motor, and two stroke?? I had it running, but it barely moved, but gradually increased. I thought it was a worn belt so I replaced it, no change. Now, I am having an issue with spark. I saw lots of posts on this issue, but no applicable answer. I have checked the coil, solenoid, and ignition switch, there operating correctly. It will get spark, start, then not have spark. Is the spark issue causing the slow rpm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Richard .

Richard WELCOME to BGW Think you have a 1988 model. YES it would be a 2 stroke!!! We really need a pic to see if the oil pump is still there which most of us does away with and mix our fuel at 128:1 or 1 oz per gallon. Just to be on the safe side Any questions shout out and stand by....
