takeing off the muffler on a g16;;;;
was wondering,, have done lots a things to my cart, and as you all know, always thinking,,i have never liked the stock sound,,, was thinking about, cutting off the muf, and welding, a straight pipe,, how will the engine run, and will it be to loud??? thanks

It would def be loud and you would have to rejet for sure. You should try to find a stock atv muffler to fit on there.

Talk to Don at Plowmans (www.plowmanscarts.com) - his high-flow Performance exhaust and jet add a LOT to the 301cc engine, and the sound, while close to stock Db levels has a distinctly different "tone" that sounds really cool without the noise of a header, etc ...
