You'll need to figure out if it's an air leak, or a fuel supply issue. Running the motor lean will lead to bad things.

Took carb off and cleaned it. Seems to run better with a little more zip. The bottom bolts that hold the air box on seemed a little loose. Will run it a few rounds and pull the plug to see what it looks like.
