Both sides, the holes that the kingpins go through weren't drilled properly. Ended up waiting another 5 days for them to send me new spindle mounts to correct the problem. Glad I got the right stuff, I'm eager to test it out. Hope it was worth the wait because I barely got a "sorry" from them. All they said at first was I must have mounted the kit wrong. Then I sent them the pics I took and then they said that "this has never happened before", and "There's no way our machines could have messed those up". I could have installed this kit upside down and it wouldn't have mattered. Parts were still jacked.

I don't know about you guys, but I install a lot of lifts and this one, being my own for a change, really felt i should have been compensated for my time. I got nothing. Sending back the defect parts today. Hope they can fix there problem.

Sorry to hear about your trouble, you should of been compensated. I don't think Jake actually manufactures their kits, but purchases them from All Sport. Something to take note on if service or upgrades is needed in the future, I'd go straight to AS. In any event, I think your kit looks awesome!

Jake's don't purchase their lifts from Allsports. That's one of the dumbest statements I've ever read here.

I'm pretty sure Jake's makes their own, just that the business has changed hands. Sold to Nivel I believe. Probably just some kinks to work out. Ultimately the performance of the lift is all that matters to me, just hate that this kinda crap always happens to me.

I think it looks great. I'm just waiting for my wheel spacers to come in because I bought the wrong offset wheels. just finished up the light kit, hoping my brush guard will be here sometime early next week so that I have it all finished by 4th of July weekend. thanks very much for the nice comment.

It was a guess, not a statement and it wasn't dumb. Manufactures do this all the time. We manufacture parts for other companies all over the world. But if not, then they are just copying each other. I have an earlier version of the Jake's kit, but mine was manufactured with dom tubing instead of the box.

I think your cart looks awesome. Your 24's look great and I am interested on how they clear over the bumps.

I'm interested also, cuz this kit claims to clear 25s which I may still try.
