94 marathon gas high pitch whistle from rear axle

I have a 94 marathon gas. It just started making this high pitch whistle/ squeal noise. It is intermittent but there more than not. It sounds like a squeal tab when a car needs brakes. It is wheel speed coming from the rt side I believe. I took the rt drum off and checked the brakes. They looked good. I ran it with the drum off and left rear tire on the ground so it wasn't spinning. The noise was still there. I sucked out as much of the old diff fluid and put in new 30 wt oil. I am stumped it is annoying driving through our park with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
