looking for a date... (rolls eyes)... not that kind
anyone able to pin point the date on this tag for me??? the numbers between the black printed ones are stamped, "14568"

For carts made by Harley Davidson in 1981 and 1982 it will be a (J) followed by a number. For example J1 for 1981.
