take a look at the passenger side shock is it supposed to be bent?

I have two u bolts on this set up. I tightened them up and the cart still does it a little but not as bad... The driver side brake wire is very tight....

Alright friend. I've got good news and bad news. Bad news is your problem is not going to go away on its own. Chances are the axle has rotated and is slightly rotated forward which is not reversable unless you unbolt and reinstall properly.
In other words it's already done the damage.

Good news is that your problem is fixable if you follow the steps outlined by Tahoe Dog's pinned thread. It's a project, but it will permanently solve the issue. Get a decent set of snap ring pliers and a pick set and a thin flat head screw driver to help, get the snap ring out.

Is this something I should go back to the people I bought it from? I feel that they f'ed it up why should I have to fix it, on the other hand they f'ed it up in the first place....

So I can not even just install a passenger side cable to relieve the pressure and fix the brakes, I need to fix/reinstall the axle...

I think the longer passenger side cable on the driver side would be the easiest solution for you.

Get with David at RevolutionGolfCars for the correct part number.

I've swapped the brakes on most carts, it also gets the cable up more out of view! I ended up modifying a 8 in kit and have over 13 in of lift and no problems.

So here's the rub. They did not install the lift improperly. They actually followed the directions.
They did not eff it up. In fact they did exactly what the manufacturer says to do. That said, it's not the "right" way to install a lift. You can use the longer cable which may help, but I've seen both wheels do what you say is happening if the brakes are modded.

If it were my cart, I would mod the brake mechanism and be done with it.

On top of this we can't help but wonder is this the same shop that sold you the lie of two year old batteries when in fact they were OE 4+ years old? The same shop that charged you 6 hours to install an HD solenoid and heavy gauge cables? Sometimes it is just best lick you wounds and to stop dealing with an incompetent shop altogether....

It's up to you whether you go back to the seller or not. Folks here can offer suggestions on how to fix it but it will take some work by someone. At least replace the brake cable that is too short!
