Replaced MCOR... now what?

You need to test EACH BATTERY SEPERATELY DURING DRIVING. Then you need to test the pack, but start at the 1st battery in the series, then test with the second and first together. Then the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd together while running. And so forth through entire pack. This will help you identify a "battery drain" from a dead cell in the pack.
1st battery while driving- 8.5
2nd and 1st - 17v
1,2,&3- 25.5 V
1,2,3,&4 - 34 v
1,2,3,4,&5- 42.5 v
1,2,3,4,5,&6- 50.7/51v

If any of of your in series readings while in use drop, you will know you have a dead cell in whatever number battery in the series.

Could be.

Remove the speed sensor from motor housing. Clean it and put back. See if that helps. If not, try replacing the speed sensor.

Speed sensor is the top hat looking mechanism on passenger side of motor housing complete with a pig tail of wires.

I connected my meter to each individual battery and depressed the pedal 100%. The cart crawled forward for about 5 seconds and the reading was recorded. I performed that test for each battery and they all performed about the same. Each battery fell from 8.5 to 8.47v. I'll go look at the speed sensor real quick before dark.

Best I can tell by looking at the motor and the manual, I don't have a speed sensor.

After reading this thread, going on what I have learned on this forum , I would believe you have either corrosion build up in your cables, or worn out brushes in your motor or, failing controller, getting hot.

I've reached the limit of what I know and need to bow aside. With not having a speed sensor does this make it a Series motor? And would tend to agree with mrgolf on brushes and or failing controller.
