Ok, i put a new relay, rectifier, breaker and wires going to relay with diode in. I have 51 volts at the cart recepticle and 45 volts at the white and the blue wire on top of relay when cart is plugged in. I have 110v coming into charger but even with bottom 2 wires on relay jumped, im getting nothing. No humm, click or anythi g. Please help it driving me crazy. Lol thanks

Should i have 110v going in transformer and 110 out of the transformer? Thanks. Anyway to check teansformer i would appreciate
