08 PDS w/ alltrax dcx500pds and D&D es-63-49
Cart will not move, 4 green blinks from controller(its), then steady green, press the accelerator and solenoid on, motor moves back and forth. Cart is on jack stands. i swapped the its, it's good. Called Alltrax and checked the controller, good. He said check the motor... Disconnect and removed the motor and checked brushes, they are good. I did notice something inside armature is loose... ?? I can hold it in my hands and flip it upside down and i can hear something inside moving around. Nothing visible or smells wrong on the outside of armature, no seperation at all. Any suggestions on where togo from here are appreciated. Can the armature be damaged internally, not visible??
