Default Tinkering on 94 Marathon renew/upgrade

I've been surfing for months now. I finally finished remodeling my house and a dozen other project. Figured I'd start another rebuild thread to ask questions and others to catch ideas from.

Cart was given to us by the wifes grandpa. He bought it new and played lots of golf on it before it became a ranch cow counting vehicle. I've had it for about 3 years now and use it on my 2 acres daily driving back and forth to the shop, house, neighbors booze cruizin. Batteries are tired and it's due for a complete upgrade to fit more our needs...

Flex...

weighing my Flugtag aircraft I build and flew September 2013 and and that's me taking the 3rd home!

Little $30 back seat I started on and trying to finish before Thanksgiving

Now to decide/order/fab/install lift, wheels, tires in the next few weeks...

Welcome! Looking good. I'm still upgrading my 92 Marathon so I'd be interested in mods.

Wikid, I gotta tell ya, I LOVE the little Tear Drop travel trailer!! that is bad a$$

on and btw...... Welcome to our happy little corner of the net, and to BGW. There is a BIG fridge on the back porch with anything you can think of in it...help yourself...of course only take what you can LEGALLY have. Make yourself at home on one of the big fluffy couches, kick your shoes off, put your feet up on one of the tables, yes we are allowed to do that, mom's, dad's, wive's, husband's, girlfriend's and boyfriend's here don't care....and take it easy.

oh...btw....every once in a while a food fight breaks out...so you may not want to wear nice clothes here.

Welcome!!

Thanks! We had a blast with it the 2 years we owned it. We have since bought a motor home and it's 100x better to cruise in. We put 100's of miles pulling it with a v6 Honda Accord (because we could) ha

Elvis (our golf cart) pulled it up and down the hills here on our property too with no problems. The teardrop weighed 1850 lbs w/o coolers and such loaded.
