I got the pictures. As you can see it cant quite turn all the way. I thought about putting longer bolts into the steering rack risers to act like a stop before it hits the brake pedal arm. You cant see it very well in the pic but the bolt is about 1/4"-1/2" from the front axle. All the pics were taken with the tire in the same place. One of these days I'm going to make a build thread but I want to wait until I'm further along first.

ok first of all really nice wheels ! for your problem your right, maybe you should put longer bolt because your tire hit your brake pedal, because the wheels turn too much. i never seen a lifted golf cart with turning radius like this one. So go for it put longer bolt it will fix your problem for sure !

Thanks for the compliment. Its the only wheel that the wife and I could agree on, and as my luck would have it it was also one of the more expensive ones. I'm going to try the longer bolt thing when I change out the spindles, they should be in sometime this upcomming week. If I was really brave what I could do is drill a hole in the axle and thread in a rubber bump stop but I dont know what that would do for the integrity of the axle. I am going to counter drill the steering arm risers though.

Hahahaha !!!!! Maybe drill an hole is a good idea but where do you want to drill in the "back plate" where your spring are, or on the solid part where your shock are fixed i mean where your shock supprt are welded if you don't understand tell me

I got the new spindles and kinpins in last night, I'm hoping I can start tearing into it sometime this week. I remember school, funny looking building with books inside.
