96 DCS Reverse Buzzer Stays on
In the process of rebuilding my 96 DCS. New DCX 400 A controller, new White Rogers 586 solenoid, new 2 awg wiring, good, fully charged batteries. Key switch off, T/R switch in tow, FNR switch position doesn't matter. Upon connecting the battery cables, the reverse buzzer sounds constantly. I am fairly certain that my wiring is correct but am afraid to power up the controller to do any further testing for fear of doing damage. Most threads that I have been able to dig up have pointed to a bad controller, assuming that all else is right. I will give Alltrax a call on Monday to get their opinion. Any ideas on things to look at in the mean time?
Thanks! |
