Us old guys have to take naps occasionally.

He said he got the answer, but didn't say what the answer was, so I'll take a stab at it from what he provided.

The date code (E59 indicates it was made in 1998.
A Curtis 1206SX is a DCS controller, further confirmed by a 10 pin plug, since a series controller (Curtis 1206) has a 6 pin plug and a PDS controller (Curtis 1206MX) has multiple plugs.

Sounds like he has a 1998 DCS, but it could be a Medalist (Metal body) or a TXT (Plastic body), or one of the other body styles EZGO made in 1998.

As for the voltage on the pins. it depends on how the Run/Tow, F/R and Key switches are set and if the pedal is pushed or not.
