so i said update sunday and its wednesday now... anyway, everything fits and works as far as i can tell without driving the cart yet. looking into it some the blocks in the kit are hardened steel and new gears with machined faces are included. the cost isnt so far out of line as i thought, still alot to shell out tho

march? April? ive made real good progress on everything so far but still lots I want to do. the last picture there, the motor is just sat in to see the changes I need to make. oil filter relocate, drain plug extension... small bits but everything takes time. haven't even started on body work yet

last follow up here. got my big block in and running. took it out and played in the snow some yesterday to try out the limited slip kit. 8-10 inch areas of snow the thing pulled like a beast throwing rooster tails from both rear tires... no problems at all 12+ inches the rear end housing started dragging the snow and lifting the rear up so I had to back up and hit it harder then it blasted thru. overall I say it is much improved since it wouldn't go thru 3 inches of snow last year.

I'm not driving it regular yet. Still pretty cool here. Body's at the hydro dippers, so the cart still looks the same.
