Red wires connected,batteries are 3 yr old crowns I'm pretty sure I screwed up the OBC ..... Live and learn gonna check that out

You might have if you say you hear the charger "charging" when you plug it in to the cart but it is not actually charging your batteries. I'd look into the charge recept and get a voltage reading from the Black and Red wires. If you have voltage there then it is getting into but not out of the OBC. In the interm (temp only) you could cut into the black wire and re-route it to the main (-) to see if it will then charge your batteries. Just be cautious as it will not know to turn itself off.

If you've blown your OBC I'd use that as an excuse to remove it (simple) and get a better class of charger such as the DPI AccuSence (300.00) as it float charges your batteries and keeps them at 110 % all the time....
