Default 94 36v club no power to solenoid trigger.

I have a 36v club car ds. I replaced the solenoid with a cheap one. It lasted 2 days. I put another cheap one on. And it wouldn't run. (I had ordered 2 at the same time). I started testing wires. Well the wire on the small post on the solenoid isn't getting power to activate the solenoid. So I go back to the f/r switch. I notice one of my microswitch is broke. So I ordered 3 new ones and replaced them. Still not getting any power to or from the microswitches. Well the reverse one has power the other 2 dont. Any ideas? I have not replaced the microswitch in the V glide.

Also what is the correct direction to wire the diode and resister on the solenoid? Or does it even matter? Thanks

Thanks for the diagram. I did check the key switch and it looked fine. I also just jumped the key wires together and did not make a difference. I think I probably wired the diode backwards on the 2nd solenoid. What would short or happen if I did? Thanks.

Sorry for the confusion. I meant on the 2nd solenoid I replaced.

Diode installed backwards? ...very likely the microswitch in the V glide has burnt like a fuse.

yup the micro switch in the V glide was fried. Plus I tested the Diode it is bad too. So I am going to order a new diode, a new resister, and a new micro switch. Hopefully that will take care of my issues
