I'm not going to add anything to help your issue, but after seeing that picture I have to tell you a quick story.

Our stock clerks at work drove those exact carts to bring us parts. I have been there for 28 years, and the carts were there before me. They were beat up, and had the fat guy lean. Definitely on their last legs.

We merged with another airline, and had all kinds of money to spend. A whole fleet of brand new carts showed up, and the yellow ones were gone.

I'm thinking I could get a pretty good deal, and start asking around about buying one.
They said we can't sell those. They are going back to the LEASING COMPANY.

Are you kidding me? They were leasing that junk all of those years. They could have bought them several times over. Now I know why we could never make any money.

Yeah I thought that looked funny. Maybe I'll just drive it around backwards!

Old school farmers would sometimes mount one tire backwards so that if they got stuck they would have one tire that had the tread right so that they could get better traction when they went to back out.

Replaced the ITS and that didn't work. Any next steps?

Also, the reverse tone randomly comes on, whether its in Fwd, N, or Rev. And moving the lever back and forth will turn it off. Any suggestions on that?

Thanks.

Replaced the ITS twice, as the first one I got looked sketchy. Still didn't fix it. Where do I go next to get it to quit jerking so hard?

I would venture a shot at the controller being bad personally......

Side note: Those 3 big 12 volt marine batteries are not going to give much range to this cart.
