Ezgo series wound clicks but won't GO

Jumped the orange wire to the red/blue jump to eliminate the microswitch. Nothing

Checked voltage at white wire from 6-pin. Progressive voltage with pedal press to 1.6 v

Checked voltage on black wire from 6-pin. Progressive voltage to 14v.

Orange wire now reading pack voltage

Red wire reads 37.3 v

Pack voltage is 38.2

Anything else I need to do before setting this thing on blocks and start jumping terminals?

Pos probe on B+ negative probe on M-

Zero volts.

Depress pedal and voltage goes to about 1.4v and then drops to zero

Disconnected orange cable... Same results

None of those last readings raise a red flag? Seems like they should be different according to the tutorial.

Sounds like a bad controller to me. You are getting good input from the ITS, but no output from the controller.

I connected the (-) to m- and the (+) to b+ and am getting 38.2 v when the battery pack says 38.7v. What am I missing?
