Default brake noise and pulsing

I have a remanufactured 2104 electric club car. No special kits. Standard everything. After about 10 months the brakes have developed a pulsing and now a scraping sound that is on and off as the wheel rotates. I've had it in for service several times but the dealer can't seem to resolve it. First time they said it was brake dust accumulation. Last time they replaced the brake drums due to out of round but not the brake shoes. I've pulled both brake drums and everything looks normal. Brake pad wear seems to be even. It appears these brakes work by the cable pulling a lever on the automatic adjusting wheel at the bottom. Looking for suggestions where to look next.

These brakes have sliders behind the shoes, if they don't move freely that could cause your problem. Remove the drums and check the sliders.

Thanks. Will give it a try. What switch did you use for your seat switch to turn off the lights and fan? Would like to do that to mine.

I used a cub cadet Mower seat switch. They have NO and NC, you need the NO that way when you set on the seat the contacts will be closed. The negative wire is controlled with the switch.

You need the mount to use it on the seat.

Check the axle to make sure it isn't bent, That might be causing it. Watch the tire as someone else drives.
My .02 cents.
