charger problem
charger not charging!!!! (pro drive 2 charger)
charger didnt work prior to the things i did below installed brand new batteries (around 50 volts) full 2ga kit from scotty with stud kit reset computer checked all fuses circuit breaker on charger good got 50 volts across top to wires on charger relay when i jumped the two wires (bottom of relay on charger) together (to bypass OBC) on charger its charging at 15 amp for about 10 sec then falls to zero, then jumps back to 15 amps then back to zero, over and over!!! do i need a new charger or do i have another problem???? thanks!!!! I have a 48v 50watt save a battery charger maintainer to use also but I know I need the cart charger to use aslo thanks!!! |

With OBC (charger relay) bypassed
Could be a loose/dirty connection As it charges, it generates heat & that causes a connection to fail Check/clean cart & charger connections |

changed the relay on the charger!!!!
