Nice looking cart, I too am in the middle of a dcs to pds conversion.
I should change my screen name to hobbycart this is going to take awhile.

Quick question does the SepEx motor fits right in the Series differential? Or you have to change the whole rear end?

my understanding is they are all the same(series,PDS,DCS)...someone correct me if that is incorrect...i have not even had to remove my motor-much less done a swap

Count the splines it should have 19 if so the sepex motors will work

Got fuse block and 30 amp voltage reducer put in today

The only difference is that I use an extra 12v battery.
