Default 4 prong MOLEX plug from throttle volts?

How many volts should come from the pins of the 4 prong Molex plug coming from the throttle pedal when engaged? I finally was able to commondere a Digital Volt Meter and now need assistance diagnosing why this cart stopped and what it will take to get her going again.

Assuming your talking about a PDS with a 1206 MX. With tow/run, key, and direction on.
Pin 1 - 0V pedal up / Battery Volts Pedal switch engaged
Pin 2 - Battery Volts
Pin 3 - about 1v~2.6v with increasing thrttle
Pin 4 - about 10~14v
