Thank you for the tip. I could go without I guess but they make the rear wheels line up with front. If I remove the would be inset from the front. Not going to buy different ones at this point. 22 years with the same bearings I think had more to do with it.

I would go without since the axle broke. I've seen a lot of bad bearings and 0 snapped axles. Good Luck

Got everything put back together and running like new!! I found some 1” spacers online for not much so may swap out the 2” or just not use them if the wheels will fit and look right without them.

So... I left the spacers off as you suggested. Everything was going great... wheel bearings are squeaking again!! Grrr what can cause this to happen?
