Default 82 club car not moving

Recent purchased 1982 club car replaced batteries and solenoids. Checked electrical with volt meter everything was good volts. Solenoids are clicking and works good. Still no moving. Wondering if iproblem could be in forward and reverse speed switch. Any ideals I might try?

Look at the bottom of your batteries on the driver's side. There is a box and inside there are 5 micro switches may be one that is not good

Hello I am a newbie too. I own an '82 CC DS as well and my similar issue ends up being the forward/reverse switch. The actual 1982 switch is no longer available , but the next gen ('83>) can be adapted according to a couple sites I found. I am weighing my options before trying this.

Right now I am looking into adapting a Blue Sea Systems battery switch that I currently have in hand.

BTW This cart has been relatively trouble free the 10 years of ownership.

Good luck and let us know what you find.

I’m experiencing similar issues with the same cart. I know for a fact that one of the micro switches is bad. Went ahead and ordered all of them.

My question is this: the switch that’s bad is in the middle, third in line. When I press the accelerator pedal I can hear two solenoids click. Do the rest of them not engage because of that bad switch?

Following the wiring trail, it seems like even though a switch is bad it would skip that one and continue to the next one.

I’m new to this so any advice is much appreciated.
