93 possible voltage regulator problem
Hello all I have a 1993 Marathon. It seems the voltage regulator might be shorted out. When I hook up the D+ to the solenoid it pops the fuse. The gen/starter is still charging but over charging as it should when the D+ is not hooked up. Has engine ever experienced this before? Or can someone point me in another direction?

Has anyone done a conversation to a solid state regulator?

Sounds like you have a gas cart? You posted in the electric section.

Re: 93 possible voltage regulator problem
Not a problem. I figured with the three day weekend, you'd have better luck there.
