Over charged batteries, Sluggish operation
2013 Txt48, single red flashing light on Delta-Q charger, which indicates over charge. However, my cart wont pull a hill. 9.0-9.3 volts showing on each battery. Under load drops to 8.0, pack showing 50-51 with load drop to 48. Any idea what could possibly be wrong?
