Ezgo loses power
36 volt, not a PDS, new batteries. Runs fine on level ground but when going up hills it slows down to the point I can walk faster. Thoughts?

Re: Ezgo loses power
Check all your battery and solenoid connections after running it see if they are getting hot indicating a bad connection

Re: Ezgo loses power
All carts will slow down some when going uphill. Likely your batteries are getting old.
I'm assuming you have a series? http://www.buggiesgonewild.com/elect...en-system.html Can you give us the cart year, battery age, voltage 12 hours after charge completes, and voltage of each battery when going uphill. |

Re: Ezgo loses power
Definitely worth doing, but if he had one or more connections that were bad enough to significantly slow down the cart, they would have melted down. Think resister carts.
