2003 Club Car Ds won’t run after motor rebuild

I have a 2003 Club Car Ds 36v with v-glide and coils. We tore down the motor and replaced a few things and now that we have everything back together it will not run. We have checked all wires and have 36 bolts everywhere it needs to be. The solenoid clicks and transfer voltage over when pedal is pressed. We also jumped a battery to the motor and it ran just fine. Must be something between FNR and the motor. We know it’s gotta be something simple. Thanks in advance.
