Re: 2005 EZGO TXT won’t move
SPOKE TOO SOON!!! Road it last night and this morning and it quit again! HELP!!
Exact same symptom. Push peddle won’t move. Green light on controller turns solid but not amber. Replaced the throttle control and micro sensor and forward control switch. Apparently every time I replace a component it runs then quits. Alltrax control board. Series |

Re: 2005 EZGO TXT won’t move
This is the wiring set I have and is wire correctly however my wires don’t match the 1234 posts on the ALLTRAX AXE controller. I guess someone had a weird sense of humor when programming it. it will not run if I swap them to match.
B- to M- shows same voltage as solenoid then increases to pack voltage when pushing the peddle. It does not go to zero. Yurtle i tried the B- to pin 2 and voltage is correct and increases when I push the pedal. However in pin 1 it shows full voltage I think because my pins don’t match. I inspected the reed wires but there is no damage it looks normal wires are fine. |

Re: 2005 EZGO TXT won’t move
We are on page three and only just now got confirmation you have a series cart, based on a photo of your AXE controller. Me and many others could have helped you a long time ago, knowing that, and having you follow directions.
Why don't you start from the beginning and tell us: Controller model number. We now know it's an AXE so many of us wasted time assuming it was not a series Solenoid make and model Battery voltage WHILE TRYING TO GO, as asked several times Photos of your "series txt with a tow switch" tow switch AND FNR switch "I ordered a forward reverse switch and that’s what fix it so I’m good to go!!!" pics on that. |

Re: 2005 EZGO TXT won’t move
There is no drop in pack voltage with key on in forward or reverse when I push the pedal. It’s constant 38 volts today. Haven’t had the charger on it in a week.

Does the solenoid click when it doesn't go?

Re: 2005 EZGO TXT won’t move
Without rereading, does your cart have this Molex connector?
Follow the cable from the throttle box to the wiring harness. For series carts, it's located between the controller and FNR. |
