When I installed HD Rear Leaf springs on my DS, my tech from a local shop told me to just run it without the rear shocks and it rides great, not at all harsh, just a little springy like a soft riding lifted jeep. So I just removed the rear shocks and run it like that and it’s solid.

I have the same cart 03 pathway and I have those three same plates up front and a one inch block for tire clearance.
