Is 19MPH what to expect from a series cart? I am doing the same thing you did.

Without changing the motor that is all you will gain (tire size makes a difference) I bet if I really greased bearings and did a full maintenance on the rear end then it would break the 19mph and hit 20mph with the wind at my back. I have to say thought the torque improvement is awesome with all those components. No problems up and down the banks where I take it fishing

Did you put the tires on before you got the controller? I Just got mine in the mail today after a month and have the lift kit just waiting on for the controller to get back in stock.

With a series motor that does 19 max, you will never hold 19 up a hill. That's just not how series motors work.

100% Correct, Southwest Florida, the biggest hill is my driveway. If I drive into a stiff breeze 17MPH with a bed, cooler, and 2 people.

The nice thing is it can make it up a hill now (When I find one)

I did mine after tires and lift. Controller did not speed it up any, just the 2 batteries. Torque was better, but the 12 more volts made a great deal of a difference. I will be buying the Admiral motor around Nov-Dec

What can you expect out of a series motor uphill then?
