1996 txt series alltrax npx 2 red lights fault code

I'm getting 2 red lights on my neighbors cart. Solenoid clicks, full voltage travels through solenoid. throttle sensor is acting right when you test the black and white wires.

Alltrax says 2 red lights means under temp, -25 degrees celcius. I'm in Texas in August so I'm thinking that the controller is fried.

The cart seems to be telling the controller to give power to the motor, but it is not.

Are these NPX controllers any good? seems I have read of other issues.

Not my cart, but neighbors cart.

My Alltrax XCT no problems ever, so I was surprised when he had an issue with an alltrax.

Sounds like the controller is belly up.

NPX was a good controller, but no longer being sold. It is now replaced by the SR, which is a much better controller.

Contact Alltrax, they may have more info for you.
