Default New solenoid, batteries, everything dead.

I've 2004 pdas 36v that's dead.Good batteries, new solenoid. No lights no nothing. I do have a black cable coming from the front unhooked. My diagram doesn't show it. Thanks for any help.

Does the solenoid click when pedal is pressed? Is it stock controller?
