Post Just got a 97 power drive plus

I just bought a 97 power drive plus.
When I turn the key on, no click. But then I toggle forward switch, and press accelerator, I hear a click but doesn't move. Does anyone have the service manual and wiring diagram for a 97 club car 48v power drive plus? From what I am reading, this is an odd 1st gen regen.
How do I test the t-shaped controller?
And the one?
Thanks

The solenoid on the right clicks after I turn the key on, flip the switch to forward, and press the pedal
The solenoid on the left does not click at all.
Any ideas?

Thanks. Can't seem to find the right diagram for this odd cart. One of the diagrams is close, but shows a potentiometer accelerator, while mine has a wiper tucked between batteries.
