Default 2002 Club Car DS IQ speed sensor issue

Ok guys I’ve tried just about everything on this cart and can’t get this issue fixed.

It’s a 2002 Club car DS IQ new controller, two different speed sensors and even an mcor.

Cart does just fine when its on speed setting 1 as soon as you move it to 2 or 3 the cart will take off for about 10 ft then slow down and it throws the 1510-5201 speed sensor fault. Its a hard code that can’t be cleared. Any ideas where I should go next?

I’ve also checked over the whole wiring harness nothing is cut or damaged.

Thanks

Are you using aftermarket Amazon speed sensors or factory ones?

That model year the only common error was the "Main Dropout" error.

Does the speed sensor have the proper voltage between the red and black wires (15v)?

Does the signal on the green wire goes from 0 to 5v as the motor turn?

Since you have an iqdm, does the rpm track properly in speed code 1?
