Stops, turn key to off and back to F, then goes
My electric ezgo runs fine for a short while then stops. The voltage gage goes from F to E qand the amber light stay s on. I turn the key to the off position then back to the the F position and it will run again for a minute or so. I have checked batteries and connections.

Best guess it's a 2014. It is a Freedom rxv.
I tested across all batteries and got 49 volts. |

Well, 49 is already a bad starting point. Fully charge your batteries, wait 12 hours, read each battery individually & give those numbers (we can add them up). Also, test drive while monitoring voltage & I bet you'll find the voltage drops well below 44v when the problems are occurring, once you find this, you will know you have one or more failing batteries. (If the charger is actually working).
