Wow, I was sure it was an Icon. The wheels were a red herring and when I looked up older Icons, they looked nearly identical. Well, I'm glad you figured it out.
As far as the motor, is that 19 spline? Perhaps that's the same as EZ Go? |

you are 100% correct, I just looked at the wheels and they are ICON rims. Also just counted the splines and the motor has 19 splines! |

You should be able to get an EZ go motor then to replace that one. The icon wheels look nice on it, I can see why someone put them on.
