Default 95 Club Car 48V DS won't move!

I am new here and have tried looking in the forums for a similar issue with no luck, so forgive me if this has been asked previously. I have a 1995 Club Car DS 48v cart. I bought the cart used and the wiring was completely messed up. Every wire from the OBC was cut and there were wires missing from the pot box. It did drive however very very slow and no reverse. I brought it to a local dealer who informed me the motor was shot and I needed a new one.

I have installed a new D&D high torque motor, heavy duty solenoid, new alltrax 500 amp controller, pre-mcor to mcor4 conversion kit, & all new battery/motor cables.

I have been over the wiring diagram countless times to ensure every wire is correctly connected and all parts are present. After all this, the cart will not move when I turn it on. No forward or reverse. I plugged in the charger and it wont charge the batteries. The batteries currently read 37 volts which I know is low. (2 of the batteries read 8v, 2 read 7v 1 reads 5v and the other reads 3v. No idea on age of batteries. The solenoid will not click or activate. Even with the low voltage shouldn't the cart move with no weight on it or at least activate the solenoid? The reverse buzzer activates when put in reverse, even with the key off. Can anyone help me out with this? Any insight is much appreciated!

I used this video to help me figure out my issues. It helped me test out each part and i finally settled on my controller... I have ordered one, but not yet installed it.. I just wanted to let you know that I am by no means an expert, but I just followed the instructions and found wiring diagrams to help me along the way.

Your batteries are so far beyond dead you will have to replace them before you can troubleshoot.

For what it's worth...I replaced the OBC, plugged the charger in, and good to go! Charged the batteries back up and drove it all around. No issues other than a loose contact on the F/R switch. Just figured I post in the event it helps someone else. I haven't tested the pack yet to check voltage but the cart ran strong. Will check it later.

So you just charged the batteries and everything is OK?

Thought you had already done that.
