Default RXV, love the default brake lockup NOT!

Greetings ,Trouble shooting the brake lock up,again, 2008 RXV, new trojan 12 volt batteries. Occurring after going down hill to the golf course, then slight uphill to stop sign then start left turn brake locks up. After searching, like usual there is more than one potential cause. I am trying to eliminate the resistor control module as the issue, One question is if the module fails is the cart dead until the module is replaced or will it operate after cooling down? No we have not had to remove the small black wire on the module to get the cart going. No we don't have access to the handheld reader, dealer is an hour away.

Could the peddle switch fail after working to get moving?

The brake was replaced about six months ago and no smell like when the brake failed before.

Thanks

Does the brake release when you put cart in N and throw the tow switch?
if not, does it release when you plug 1& plug 3 together? It certainly wouldn't hurt to remove the floor mat check the brake and throttle switches to make sure no debris is obstructing them. I would also check the continuity of the run plug which is under the cup holder

Haven't tried either n run tow or plugs but will try next time it locks up. Haven't tried 1 & 3 plug either it comes back to life after a minute or two turn key off and on and go.

will try your suggestions next time it locks up. And check for debris and the plug under cup holder.

Thanks
