Nothing leaked from the truck. I had the batteries on multiple layers of cardboard, which absorbed a significant amount. The rest seems to have stayed within the carpet. When I took the carpet out, there was nothing under it. I really like the bedrug...it's bulletproof.

I have bedrug on my Ford Ranger good bed liner. Never had any problems with it, had it installed in 2008 when I bought the truck.
