Club Car Motor/Controller on G29
Is it possible to swap the motor, controller and solenoid from a Club Car Precedent into a Yamaha YDRE Drive? Both are 48 volt carts.

If you are willing to figure out how to mod the wiring harness going to the controller it might work. Not sure what CC uses for the throttle sensor though. Might have to mod that too. The connector going to the controller is completely different for sure.

Controller side is definitely a wiring issue and motor I think uses a different coupler. 10 vs 19 splines
