Default RXV Electric wont move

Hi Guys newbie here well almost ,72 years old or is it 73?
Have a RVX that won't move now . Had it about a month about 5 miles on it .Got it for a semi cripple wife to go to the mailbox. 6 inch lift,23 inch tires, It clunked a bit when turned sharp and while moving slowly forward it felt like the brakes were chatering .I thought it might be the lug tires. Seemed to have a lot of power. Would spin tires in dirt tires in dirt . Thought brake was hanging up put that stopped after i ran it down the road . Cleaned up run plug . Changed Accelerator Rotary position sensor connections on Brake and Accelerator switches lubed the pedal linkages on both so no hangups . Have not changed the Accelerator or brake pedal switches but have cleaned the connections. That service may not have been the problem but it was a start to solve my problem.
Seems to have a lot of braking force when i let off the accelerator . If i turn key off while rolling it locks up the brakes, did that for a test. Wife parked it after going to the mailbox. She hit my tool box and backed it up then shut it down for the night. I went to back it out and would not move. Put it on jack Stands and tires don,t turn when i hit the accelerator in forward or reverse. Motor seems to be running slowly in both forward and reverse when i hit the accelerator . The motor stops when i hit the brake and resumes when i release the brake . I can turn the tires by hand with a bit of force. Hubs are tight on the axles. Batteries 6 months old and fully charged . Connections clean and tight. No grinding sounds when running it on the jack stand except may be a slight clunk every motor revolution as the motor turns slowly.
Solenoid clinks Loudly when i turn the key on. Does the solenoid have anything to do with the cart moving or only control the Parking Brake??
I have noticed a lot of pinion shafts for sale for RXV's on the internet. Can this be my problem?
My real problem might be i was in a hurry to get my wife a cart to help her stay a bit active and bought a Cool RXV with a Winch on the front!!!!!
I would have bought Gas but was thinking Electric for the wife.

Any Help you cn give me will be GREATLY Appreciated.
Norm ( not to Smart) in Arkansas
Thanks in Advance
