Wheels do not turn the same.
So I have an 99 txt. Basic 4” lift just installed. What I’m running into is the wheels no longer turn at the same time. The passenger side moves exactly with the steering wheel by the driver side lags behind so the rim/tires are always off.

Look for where the slop is and eliminate it. Everything should move together when you turn the wheel.

Can't really tell by the pictures but I'm betting you have some bad tie rod ends!!
That's the only thing that keeps them running true. |

After you replace the bad tie rod ends (or whatever is adding the slop) then you'll also need to do an alignment.
