ezgo wont start
I have an ezgo 350cc that wont start. It gets gas, spark and i ajusted the valves to .004. it was running but just stopped when i was driving it.don't have a clue what the problem is. I would apperciate any ideas

Did it make any noises before it quit as in internal parts turning loose or just quit silently as if you turned the switch off?

if you adjusted the valves that means the timing belt is ok, maybe. Do you have compression? For some odd reason teh last 3 gas carts i have gotten in have had atleast one rod broken in them. They come in with no start complaint. Yes they will run on one cylinder, but not very well.

see if you can turn the primary clutch (1st one). if not she's seized. if you can turn it then check for compression.

Check the compression it will tell you a lot about the mechanical integrity of your engine.A compression check is the single most important check you can do when trouble shooting an internal combustion engine with a no start situation. .
